30 Min DE-STRESS Yoga Flow

"I'm excited to bring you this 30 minute grounding yoga class. The class will begin by bringing ourselves into the present moment by setting an intention, then we'll move into seated stretches and a main sequence including full body stretches, twists and a little core work!

The class ends with gentle stretches lying down, and then we will practice one of my favorite breath work techniques- all to assist you in relaxing and letting go of stress."
